Thank you for shopping at WonderlandCreations. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    • Custom or personalized items (including those with vinyl or DTF prints) are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or incorrect.
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wonderlandcreations.online with your order number and a description of the issue.
    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you are returning a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • We offer refunds for defective products or incorrect orders. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the defective or incorrect item within 7 to 14 working days of receiving it.
  2. Refund Process:
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
    • We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@wonderlandcreations.online.
