  • We offer flat rate shipping of ZAR 120 per order within South Africa.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over ZAR 1000.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, deliveries take 2-5 business days after the order has been processed.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delivery Issues

  • WonderlandCreations is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or any uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
